Esper acquisition
Final Fantasy Resonance Espers: Nine Summons & Unlock Routes
Find the next prerequisite for Siren, Ramuh, Carbuncle, Titan, Ifrit, Shiva, Leviathan, Odin or Bahamut.
The released-game roster documented by ATMA and PowerPyx contains nine Espers. Fina's summoning system is separate from equipped Visions, and the in-game help allows only one Esper in battle at a time.
First summons and exploration
| Esper | Access | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Siren | Chapter 1, Siren's Tower | Continue the story's tower sequence |
| Ramuh | Chapter 2, Mt. Thunderclap | Return via the upper entrance, follow the route to the gravestone, interact and win the battle |
| Carbuncle | Chapter 3, Ruby Cave | Start the gravestone clue, collect the three ordered fragments and return; use the full puzzle route |
| Titan | Chapter 4, Sealing Stone | Win Colosseum Fledgling Battle 5 for Gaia Hammer; break the stone west of Kol and win |
For Ramuh, the route's important distinction is the upper entrance, reached from the world map after emerging from the lower section. The acquisition guide places that approach south of Zidane's sanctum.
Airship and later summons
| Esper | Prerequisite | Route or interaction |
|---|---|---|
| Ifrit | Chapter 5, airship | Enter the smoking volcano in southern Zoldaad and win |
| Shiva | Chapter 5, airship | Land on the smaller western Mysidia island, enter the snowstorm and win |
| Leviathan | Chapter 5, airship | Return to Olderion and complete Nichol's Duty |
| Odin | Chapter 6 story progression | Learn Holy, clear the miasma and complete Iron Splitter at Bladerain Stele |
| Bahamut | Chapter 7, airship interior | Board the ship, see the scene, speak with Evan near the wheel and choose to visit the Esper; win the encounter |
These are acquisition conditions, not a claim that the summon battle is safe at any level. Prepare recovery and the correct damage options before an optional challenge.
If an interaction is missing
Check the named chapter prerequisite and whether you are using the correct entrance or ship interior. Flying over a location and boarding the ship are different actions. The acquisition guide reports post-story availability, so a missed optional summon can be part of later cleanup rather than a reason to restart.
